Mark Choate

Founder

For almost four decades, Mark Choate has dedicated his practice to representing injured individuals and their families.  He has been lead counsel in hundreds of trials and is a firm believer in the importance of trial by jury. A 1980 graduate of the Seattle University School of Law, he is licensed to practice in Alaska, Washington, California, and Hawaii.  He is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and actively involved in many professional organizations.

Jon Choate

Of Counsel

Jon Choate joined Choate Law Firm LLC as an attorney in 2013. Prior to joining his father's practice, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney's Office in Manhattan. He is a 2010 graduate of Harvard Law School and is licensed to practice in Alaska, California, New York, and Washington. He lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife, Jess, and daughters, Max and Juneau.
